EverQR

Terms of Service

Effective August 4, 2026. By using everqr.io you agree to these terms. EverQR is operated by WOCxO, LLC.

The service

EverQR generates static and dynamic QR codes. Free codes are free: they are not a trial, they do not expire, and existing codes will never be moved behind a paywall. Pro is a paid subscription adding account features; cancel anytime and your codes keep working.

Acceptable use

Do not use EverQR codes to point to malware, phishing, or illegal content, or to deceive the people scanning them. We may disable codes that do, and we cooperate with abuse reports. Rate limits apply to free creation.

Reliability, honestly stated

We run on Cloudflare's edge network and take uptime seriously, but the service is provided as is, without warranty. For dynamic codes, the redirect depends on this service existing; we publish our commitment to keeping existing codes alive, and if the service were ever to wind down we would provide notice and a migration path.

Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed by Stripe monthly or yearly and can be canceled anytime from your dashboard's billing page, effective at the end of the paid period. Refund requests are handled reasonably; just ask.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOCxO, LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
